Susan Scioli is a former IRS Field Assistance Tax Specialist and IRS Senior Tax Specialist for the SB/SE Taxpayer Education Division (TEC) of the IRS. Susan has vast in-depth tax law training in multiple disciplines from fiduciary returns to the new tax acts. She is a nationally acclaimed tax law speaker and travels the country as an invited guest for several nationally recognized organizations and is on faculty and staff with Michigan State University (MSU) as an instructor for the practitioner forums that travels the state teaching CPAs, Attorneys, and Enrolled Agents new tax law legislation and complex tax topics.

Susan and her husband, Allen, formed Scioli and Associates, a tax representation firm, in Saginaw, Michigan nearly 10 years ago. The firm expanded in 2012 by adding an office in Muncie, Indiana.

Allen Scioli is a former field assistance tax specialist and revenue officer with the SB/SE division of the Internal Revenue Service. He has been involved in the federal taxation arena for over fourteen years, which includes practicing in a top national public accounting firm and the U.S. Government.  

Since forming Scioli and Associates, a tax representation firm in Saginaw, Michigan, Mr. Scioli, a specialist in IRS Offers in Compromise, has saved clients millions of dollars with hundreds of approved offers. Additionally, Allen has served as an expert witness in many State Tax Tribunal cases, U.S. Bankruptcy & District Court cases, and U.S. Dept. of Justice cases dealing with the Tax Division. Mr. Scioli is a former U.S. Treasury Secretary Appointee and a member of the IRS's Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP).
